摘要
针对当前乡镇政府服务观念不强、官僚作风盛行、办事效率低下、法治意识淡薄、运行不透明等不良形象,本文企图以社会管理创新作为研究的落脚点,通过管理理念创新、管理手段创新以及管理体制创新,提出重塑乡镇政府形象的建议与对策。
In view of the current concept of township government service is not strong, bureaucracy, low efficiency, poor awareness of the rule of law, opaque operation bad image.
