摘要 目的构建适合江苏省社区卫生服务机构的KPI考核指标(即关键业绩指标)体系。方法采用文献归纳、焦点小组讨论和聚类分析法。结果针对社区卫生服务机构的绩效考核提出了43个初选考核指标,经聚类和焦点小组讨论后确定9个关键指标。结论引入KPI原理构建社区卫生服务机构绩效评价指标体系具有现实意义;社区卫生服务机构绩效考核KPI的探索需要客观和主观方法的结合;绩效考核指标标准不宜定得过高。 Objective To construct a KPI based index system of performance evaluation for Community Health Service Institutions in Jiangsu Province. Methods Literature induction method,focus group discussion,and cluster analysis method were applied. Results 43 primary indicators were proposed aimed at the performance evaluation for Community Health Service Institutions. Among them,9 key indicators were selected by cluster analysis and focus group discussion. Conclusion It has practical significance to introduce KPI principle while constructing the index system of performance evaluation for Community Health Service Institutions;combination of both objective and subjective methods is essential for the exploration of KPI based performance evaluation of Community Health Service Institutions;the standard of the performance evaluation index should not be set too high.
