摘要
通过对金州变区域电网的运行风险分析,从安稳控制、基建进展、规划建设方面提出解决方法和防控措施,最终达到降低该区域运行风险的目的。
This paper analyzed the operational risk of Jinzhou transformer substation regional network, putted forward solution and con- trol methods from security stability control, construction progress, planning and construction for risk. Finally, achieved the purpose that reducing the risk of regional operational.
