摘要
三相四线低压配电系统的零线因故断路后,会产生变压器中性点位移,致使三相电压不平衡,即有的相电压过高,有的相电压过低,造成电压畸变,使电气设备工作特性发生变化,采用保护接零的电气设备将失去保护作用,同样会造成人身触电事故。
After the zero line of the three-phase four-wire low-vohage distribution system broke, the transformer neutral point would produce displacement, the three-phase voltage imbalanced. Some phase voltages were too high, others were too low, caused the voltage distortion, made the operating characteristics change of the electrical equipment. Used the protective zero terminating electrical equipment will lose the protection, also caused contact incident.
