摘要
自助式培训是在前期互助培训取得不错效果后,对互助培训方式加以改进而提炼出的,改变了员工传统的培训意识,摆脱集中授课的局限性,将教育培训的战线拉得更长,战场扩得更宽,充分发挥了每个人的优势,真正意义上实现了人人为师,互相促进,共同提高。
The self-help training model was derived and developed from mutual-assistant training model after the latter had proved of effective resuhs in the preliminary practice. It changed the traditional training awareness of employee, and got rid of the limitations of centralism teaching. The education training stretched longer and wider. The self-help training model gave full play to everyone's advantage, truly realized everyone was teacher, promoted each other and improved together.
