摘要
基于能力素质模型而衍生出来的中层管理能力模型,进而提出后备人才培养的系统性方法和措施。将能力素质职业素养能力和知识按内容按角色或是按岗位有机地组合在一起的,通过这些可观察可衡量的行为描述来体现员工对于该项职业素养能力和知识的掌握程度。
Based on the middle management ability model that derived from competency model, this paper putted forward the systematic method and measure of reserve talent cultivation. This paper combined the competency professional quality with knowledge based on the content, character or position. Through the observable and measurable behavior description, the mastery degree of staff for this professional quality and knowledge was incarnated.
