摘要
当前,高职院校教师职称评审因政策套用、标准不科学、程序不规范等问题,导致职称评审对教师队伍建设导向作用缺失。对此,通过明确评审原则,探索构建一套富有高职特色教师职称评审政策,确立评审标准和规范评审程序,以期有效破解高职院校职称评审问题,激发教师积极性,加强双师型队伍建设。
Currently, as a result of following the stereotyped politic rules and non-standard procedures, professional title evaluation on vocational college teachers plays an insufficient role in the construction of teaching staff. This essay aims to solve the problems of professional title evaluation on vocational college by setting an explicit evaluation criteria and exploring an evaluation policy with educational characteristics, ho- ping to motivate and strengthen the construction of vocational college staff.
