通过分析电网施工企业装备及技术上存在的问题,从前期策划、技术创新、监督检查、考核成效等方面提出了施工技术和装备创新管理的措施,并在舟山群岛与大陆联网工程中取得了成效,不仅保障了施工安全,还提高了施工效率。

By analyzing problems in enterprise equipment and technology in power grid construction, this pa- per proposes measures for construction technology and equipment innovation management in terms of prelimi- nary planning, technology innovation, supervision and inspection, effectiveness checking, assessment build- ing and so on. The method has achieved effectiveness in the Zhoushan Islands connected with mainland pro- ject, which not only guarantees construction safety, but also increases construction efficiency.
