新疆中天山山区玉溪莫勒盖隧道偏压坍方处治技术分析研究(英文) 被引量:1

摘要 以G217乔尔玛至那拉提公路玉溪莫勒盖隧道为依托,针对隧道出口段K723+911~K723+919坍方,从衬砌受力及变形、地形、水文地质条件方面分析得出围岩偏压是该坍方主要原因,通过模型试验及现场测量,研究偏压坍方处治技术,分析总结各工况下隧道偏压坍方病害特点及规律,提出处治措施建议。模型试验及现场监控结果表明:采用CRD法施工、扩大注浆范围、增设注浆小导管锁脚、加强支护参数等方法对坍方处治后,拱顶下沉变形速率为0.4~1.5 mm/d,周边收敛变形速率为0.5~2.2 mm/d,受力最不利的右拱腰处压力及应变月度增大幅度分别为3.97%和2.35%,说明处治较好地控制了坍方体变形和受力。 We analyze the collapses of K 723+911~K723+919 in the exit section of Yu-xi-mo-le-gai Tunnel, which connects G217 Qiao-er-ma and Na-la-ti Road.Based on Lining stress and deformation , project topography and hydrogeological conditions , we found that the non-uniform rock pressure is the main reason of these collapses .The model experiments and field surveys proposed the methods to well a-void the collapse , which include CRD method construction , expanding grouting range , additional grou-ting small catheter locking pin and strengthening support parameters .After adopting these methods , the vault subsidence deformation rate is 0.4~1.5 mm/d, and the convergence deformation rate of the sur-roundings is 0.5~2.2 mm/d.Furthermore , the force most unfavorable pressure at the right arch waist and strain monthly increase by 3.97%and 2.35%, respectively .These methods can significantly control the deformation and force of the collapse .
