摘要
结合"卓越工程师计划"的实施,分析了校企合作的优势与存在的问题,提出了从教育模式改革、双师型师资队伍建设、实践教学基地建设、校企合作保障、定向为企业培养人才等5个方面实现校企合作人才培养模式,为卓越计划的进一步实施打下基础。
Combining with the implementation of ＂Excellent Engineer Growth Plan＂, the advantages and existing problems of school-enterprise cooperation are analyzed. School-enterprise cooperation talent cultivation mode is constructed from several aspects, such as education pattern reform, the construction of double-qualified faculty team, the construction of practice teaching base, the protection system of school-enterprise cooperation, and the oriented talent training for the enterprise, which will lay a foundation for further implementation of ＂Excellent Engineer Growth Plan＂.
