摘要
结合当前政府、可再生能源企业、电能替代用户、电网企业需求,分析甘肃省在电能替代及消纳风电、光电电量工作中的地区特点,探讨相关政策研究思路,提出保障措施和政策建议,促进甘肃当地经济社会发展和生态文明建设。
Combined with the requirement of the current government renewable energy companies,alternative energy us-ers,major power companies, regional characters are analyzed for energy alternative, wind power consumption, photoelectric energy consumptions. It discussed the related policy research, brought safeguard measures and policy suggestions to promote local eco-nomic and social development and ecological civilization in Gansu.
