In recent years,the material life has been greatly improved,but our children are faced with the situation of poor spiritual life.How to meet the children’s spiritual needs and stimulate their language potential in the course of their growth？How to establish a forward-looking and scientific teaching concept？These are what our educators need to study.Inspired by some theories of the psychologist-Duane Schultz’s book Growth Psychologyand theories of some psychology experiments,the writer discussed that children’s English training and personality cultivation should be based on the psychology research achievements,correct teaching ideas,and rational developments at their different growth stages.
