摘要
对Sun-create公司绩效管理各个阶段工作进行梳理和研究,介绍该企业绩效管理工作是以能力建设为目的,在10余年的探索中成功搭建和有效运行了适合企业不同时期的绩效管理体系。对先后实施的360度反馈、关键绩效指标(KPI)和个人业绩承诺(PBC)3种绩效管理方法进行比较和有效性分析,强调在公司发展的初创期、发展期和稳定期3个阶段,绩效管理体系对员工和企业组织能力提升的积极作用。
This paper presents the performance management of Sun-create Company .The performance management system is built successfully and operated effectively in different periods of the enterprise in the exploration more than ten years .Three kinds of performance management methods including 360 Degree Feedback ,Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Personal Business Commitment (PBC) are compared and studied .The positive role of the performance management system to enhance employee and organizational abilities is emphasized in the development of the company's start-up stage ,development stage and steady stage .
