海门市“三电合一”农业信息服务平台的建立与应用

Establishment and Application of the“Three Electrics in One”Agricultural Information Sevice Platform in Haimen

本文介绍了海门市"三电合一"(就是将电话、电视、电脑有机组合起来,互联互通,融为一体)农业信息平台的建立及应用情况。农业信息资源的整合利用是以后农业信息化建设的必然,有效的利用农业信息为农民服务,解决农业信息服务"最后一公里",是推动农业现代化,建设社会主义新农村的有效手段。

This paper introduced the establishment and application of the“Three Electrics in One”platform （combining telephone, television and computer as interconnection exchange） in Haimen City. Integration of agricultural information resources will be inevitable for further agricultural informatization construction. Using agricultural information effectively to serve the farmers and solve the “last kilometer”problem, has been effective means to promote the modernization of agriculture and build new socialist countryside.
