摘要
知识咨询是高校图书馆知识服务的延伸与拓展,是深度的知识服务。为此,在分析郑州都市区高校图书馆网上知识咨询服务意义的基础上,结合郑州都市区高校图书馆网上知识咨询服务调查研究,构建了郑州都市区高校图书馆网上知识咨询服务体系,为郑州都市区高校图书馆知识咨询服务创新提供充分的知识支持。
Knowledge consulting, as profound knowledge service, is the extension and expansion of university library’s knowledge service. For this reason, based on the significance of university library’s online knowledge consulting service, and combined with the investigation and research of university library’s online knowledge consulting service in Zhengzhou metropolitan area, the online knowledge consulting service system of university library in Zhengzhou metropolitan area was constructed, which provided sufficient knowledge support to the innovation of knowledge consulting service.
