摘要
随着计算机在各个领域的广泛应用,信息技术的发展更新,档案管理模式的转型,高等农业院校档案信息化建设成为档案工作改革和发展的重要方向。本文通过论述高等农业院校档案信息化建设的意义,提出了在高等农业院校档案信息化建设中存在的问题,并进一步探讨了优化建设的策略。
With the wide application of computers in various field, the development and renewal of informational technology and the transformation of file management model, the informatization construction of archives in agricultural colleges has become an important direction for the reform and development of archival work. This paper presented some problems existing in the construction informatization and further explored the optimal construction strategies by expounding the significance of archive informatization.
