To make full use of buried knowledge, the socialization of university library is the inevitable trend. Socialization means that university libraries should serve the development of local society using the advantages of information resources, talents, environment, equipments and network in libraries, while at the same time serving their readers in school. However, they also need enrich readers to broaden living space and increase their funding.
