基于网络平台的农村教师继续教育教学模式构建

The Establishment of Continuing Education Teaching Pattern for Rural Teachers Based on Network Platform

近年来,我国农村基层教师继续教育培训呈现出蓬勃发展的态势,然而随着信息化建设的快速发展,传统继续教育教学培训模式已无法培养开发教师更大的潜能和力量。本文阐述了农村继续教育教学模式的三种构想,并提出切实可行的解决办法,以促进继续教育扎实有效开展。

In recent years, the continuing education training of China’s rural grassroots teachers has showed a tendency of vigorous development. However, with the rapid development of information construction, traditional training pattern was unlikely to develop teachers＇ more potential and power. This paper expounded three kinds of ideas about the rural continuing education teaching pattern, and put forwards feasible solutions to promote continuing education.
