On the Cooperation Development of the Cities around the Dongting Lake

洞庭湖生态经济区已进入国家层面的顶层设计,根据对跨越湖南湖北两省的环湖四市岳阳、常德、益阳、荆州经济社会发展现状的分析,其城市群合作发展模式,可以从合作思想、组织形式、区域互动、资源共享、产业集群、四化同步这六方面进行探索,以实现四市跨区域合作发展、跨越式绿色发展。

The Dongting Lake Ecological and Economic Zone is now a state strategy. This article analyzes the so-cial and economic development of Yueyang, Changde, Yiyang and Jingzhou around the Dongting Lake and proposes that they can enjoy leapfrog development by cooperation. This article explores their future cooperation from the fol-lowing aspects：cooperative idea, organization form, regional interaction, resource sharing, industrial cluster, fourmod-ernizations.
