A Study on the Bottleneck and Countermeasures for the Industrial Transformation and Upgrading in Yangtze River Delta

由于当前国际形势中的不确定、不稳定因素的存在,国内资源能源吃紧状态及对于第三产业的需求猛增的趋势,长三角作为中国改革开放最前沿地区,必须抓紧转型升级不放松,推进粗放型增长方式向集约型转变,更加注重经济增长的质量和效率,大力促进制造业与服务业的融合,发展高新技术产业,实现产业结构的转型升级。

Because the existence of the uncertainty and unstable factors in the international situation,the scar-city of domestic energy resources and the booming demand of the tertiary industry,the Yangtze River Delta as the forefront of China’s reform and opening - up,must grasp the industrial transformation and upgrading,promote the e-conomic growth mode from extensive to intensive,pay more attention to the quality and efficiency of economic growth,vigorously promote the fusion between the manufacturing and service industries,develop the new and high technology industry,and realize the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure.
