摘要 目的:探讨GCC mRNA在淋巴结阴性(pN0)直肠癌患者淋巴结中表达与预后的关系。方法:应用RT-PCR检测60例pN0直肠癌淋巴结中GCC mRNA表达水平,并分为GCC mRNA阳性组(pN0(mol+))16例与阴性组(pN0(mol-))44例。分析两组患者的局部复发率、远处转移率、无瘤生存期(DFS)与GCC mRNA表达水平的关系。结果:GCC mRNA阴性组的局部复发率及远处转移率更低(P〈0.05),无瘤生存期更长(P〈0.05);TNM分期中T3~T4淋巴结GCC mRNA表达阳性率明显高于T1~T2(P〈0.05)。结论:GCC mRNA表达水平与患者的预后密切相关,提示GCC mRNA可作为直肠癌淋巴结微转移的有效分子学检测指标。 Objective:To explore the relationship between GCC mRNA expression of lymph nodes and prognosis in patients with pN0 rectal cancer.Method:The expression of GCC mRNA in lymph nodes of 60 pN0 rectal cancer patients were detected by RT-PCR method,they were divided into the GCC mRNA positive group(pN0(mol+))for 16 cases and the negative groups(pN0(mol))for 44 cases. The relationship between local recurrence,distant metastasis rate, disease-free survival(DFS)and GCC mRNA expression levels of the two groups were analyzed.Result:The GCC mRNA negative group had lower local recurrence and distant metastasis rate(P〈0.05),and longer disease-free survival(P〈0.05). Conclusion:Lymph node GCC mRNA expression level is closely related to the prognosis of rectal cancer patient. It can be used as an effective molecular marker in lymph node micrometastase of rectal cancer.
