高职院校学生宿舍文化建设的思路与实践——以陕西工业职业技术学院为例

对于高职院校来说,宿舍文化是校园文化的重要组成部分,是新形势下高校德育工作的创新点和着重点。陕西工业职业技术学院创建了以“党团组织进宿舍、职业文化进宿舍、心理咨询进宿舍、艺术活动进宿舍、创新实践进宿舍”等“五进”宿舍为核心的文化育人长效机制,提高了学生的综合素质,服务了学生的成长成才。

Dormitory culture is an important part o f campus culture, is the innovation point and emphasis in university moral education work under the new situation. In the process of exploration and practice, Shanxi Industry Vocational and Technical College introduces the party organizations, occupation culture, psychological consultation, art activities and innovation practice into the dormitory, and forms a long-term mechanism of cultural education with the ＂ Five into the dormitory＂ at its cores. The work improvs students＇ comprehensive quality and services for their growth.
