浅谈高职图书馆员职业素养的培养

Preliminary Discussion on Librarian’s Professional Quality Training in Higher Vocational College

多方面的原因造成高职图书馆馆员整体素质不高。提高高职图书馆馆员职业素养对高职图书馆的建设和发展具有重要意义。在高职图书馆,通过“产学研”相结合、内部练兵和对外交流相结合、继续教育与人才引进相结合、环境熏陶与制度约束相结合等模式可以有效促进高职图书馆馆员职业素养的提高。

Many reasons cause lower quality of librarian in higher vocational college. It is of important meaning to enhance librarian＇s professional quality in higher vocational college for library construction. Librarian＇s professional quality can be raised by combination of production-learning-research, internal post exercise, exchange with other college, continuous education, import new fellow, environment affect and system strict.
