摘要
通过对隔爆型高压三相异步电动机离心风扇(以下简称风扇)进行流场分析,揭示其内部流动规律,为该类电动机冷却风扇优化设计提供理论依据。提出有效措施降低旋转噪声和涡流噪声,从而降低电动机的振动和噪声。
In this paper,the flow field of centrifugal fan( hereafter refers to fan) of flameproof high-voltage three-phase induction motor is analyzed and its internal flowing rule is revealed. It provides theory basis for optimization design of this kind of cooling fan used in motors. The rotation noise and eddy noise of fan are reduced by effective measures,thus vibration and noise of the motor are reduced.
