变频电机轴电流的分析

Analysis and Solution for Shaft Current of Variable-Frequency Motor

从轴电流产生原理的角度出发,分析了变频电机轴电流产生机理及危害,并介绍了非常实用的轴电流检测分析方法,最后提出了通过抑制电源谐波、加装碳刷、实用尖峰电压吸收器(SVA)等措施来防止变频电机轴电流危害。

From the point of shaft current producing theory,the mechanism and harm of shaft current of variable-frequency motor is analyzed,and useful testing analysis method of shaft current is introduced. At last,the measures of restraining power supply harmonic,installing carbon brush and applying spike voltage absorber（ SVA） are proposed to prevent variable-frequency motor from harming.
