论文从协同育人的时代特征和本质要求出发,结合厦门理工学院多年来办学改革的探索实践,分别从学校专业建设与区域经济和社会发展规划相统一;围绕地方产业发展需求,优化专业结构布局,"专业群"深度对接"产业链";围绕人才培养,实现学校的人才培养方案与经济社会发展对人才的需求相一致;多种形式(校地、校企、校校、中外、闽台)协同育人,培养亲产业应用技术型人才四个方面论述了地方本科院校如何培养亲产业应用技术型人才的基本途径与实践。

The paper, based on the characteristics of the times and the essential requirements of collaborative talent cultivation as well as years of practice in the school-running and the reform of XMUT, discusses the basic ways and means to train pro-industrial application-oriented technical talents by local universities in such four aspects as integration of specialty construction with planning of regional economy and social development, optimization of specialty set-up based on the demand of regional industrial development with specialty cluster matching closely with industrial chain, conformity of talent cultivation scheme with demand of economic and social development on talents and multi-form talent cultivation that includes collaboration of school and locality, school and enterprise, school and school, domestic and foreign and school and Fujian and Taiwan, etc..
