Fenton氧化与CTS-ATP吸附协同处理炼化废水中苯酚

Study on the Treatment of Phenol in Petroleum Refining Industry Wastewater by Fenton-Adsorption Process

摘要 研究了Fenton氧化与CTS-ATP吸附协同工艺对炼化废水中苯酚的处理效果,探索了该工艺的最佳条件。结果表明,当苯酚初始浓度为93.2 mg/L,pH值为3.5,反应温度为20℃,H2O2投加量为12 mL/L,反应时间为20 min,FeSO4投加量为450 mg/L时,废水中苯酚的去除率为83.16%。在此基础上,当反应温度为40℃,CTS-ATP吸附剂的投加量为1 g/L,pH值为6时,吸附40 min后苯酚的去除率达99%以上。CTS-ATP对废水中苯酚的吸附符合Freundlich吸附等温方程。根据热力学函数关系计算出苯酚在CTS-ATP上的吸附焓变为2.21 kJ/mol,ΔG<0,ΔS>0,表明CTS-ATP对苯酚的吸附是一自发的熵增吸热过程。 Removal of phenol in petroleum refining industry wastewater by combination of Fenton reagent and attapulgite modified with chitosan was examined. The optimum technological condition of this process was determined.After 20min,the removal rate of phenol in petroleum refining industry wastewater reaches 83.16% when its initial concentration is 93.2mg/L, pH value is 3.5, temperature is 20℃, H2O2 and FeSO4 dosage is 12mL/L and 450mg/L, respectively. By the process of oxidation ifrst then adsorption, the removal rate of phenol in petroleum reifning industry wastewater reaches above 99.0 percent when pH value is 6.0, temperature is 40℃, attapulgite modiifed with chitosan dosage is 1.0g/L and adsorption time is 40min. The adsorption data of phenol onto attapulgite modiifed with chitosan iftted well to the Freundlich isotherm. The adsorption enthalpy changes, Gibbs free energy changes and entropy changes were calculated according to the relationship of the thermodynamic function. The results indicate that the adsorption of phenol onto attapulgite modiifed with chitosan is an endothermic(enthalpy ΔH〉0)and spontaneous(free energyΔG〈0)process, with an increase in entropy(ΔS〉0).
