用于含尘气体分离的Ni基多孔过滤材料的制备及性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 为满足工业生产中含尘气体过滤的需求,本文开展了Ni基高温过滤管的成形和烧结工艺研究,获得了最佳成形和烧结工艺。结果表明:本实验选用的Ni基粉末采用气氛烧结的最佳烧结温度为1 240℃,在该温度下所获样品的耐压强度为86.2 MPa,相对透气系数271.7 m3·m-2·KPa-1·h-1,并且对于5μm以上的气体粉尘过滤效率>99.9%,制备的Ni基过滤材料完全满足了相关工业中的含尘气体分离需求。 In order to meet the requirements of gas filtration in industry production, porous Ni based materials were prepared by cold isostatic pressure, and the optimum shaping and sintering technology of filters tubes were obtained. The results show that the optimum sintering temperature is 1 240 ℃ with the crushing strength 86. 2 MPa, relative permeability 271.7 m3 · m-2 · KPa-1 · h-1, and the gas filtration efficiency of 99.9% (for above 5 μm particles) The Ni based filters meet the requirements of gas filtration in relative industry.
