摘要
针对绿色建筑质量水平预测问题,应用FDA和累积Logistic原理,选取绿色环保建材的使用等19个指标进行FDA,依据判别结果将19个指标分成3组,以27组训练样本建立各指标组合绿色建筑质量水平累积Logistic预测模型,利用回代估计法评估模型,最终选择节水设备和器具等5个指标建立绿色建筑质量水平累积Logistic预测模型,用4组检验样本进行测试。结果表明,利用FDA对指标分组,降低指标组合识别复杂度,模型预测结果与实际情况较吻合。
As for settling the green buildings predicting problem of quality level, a method, which was consist of FDA and cumulative logistic regression, was used to select 19 indexes, such as the use of green environmental protection building materials, and discriminated these indexes to 3 different group. All kinds of cumulative logistic models for quality level from the green building was obtained through training of 27 sets of measured data, the re - substitution method was used to verify the stability of the model. At last, the cumulative logistic model for quality level from the green building was obtained based on 5 indexes, such as the water equipment and appliance, and the model was used to discriminate 4 new sets. The results showed that reduced the complexity of recognition about indexes combination after using FDA for grouping index, predicted results agreed well with the actual situation.
