摘要 为了评价赤霉素(GA3)在海水中使用后的残留动态,本文研究了赤霉素(GA3)在海水和纯净水中的消解动态,赤霉素(GA3)在海水的消解动力学方程为C=104.81e-0.1152t,,半衰期(T1/2)为6.3574 d,而在纯水中则是C=134.88e-0.0627t,半衰期(T1/2)为15.7228d。GA3在海水中降解速度比纯水中更快,30d后降解率达到97.85%,30d后实验条件已经检测不出GA3,而在纯水环境中要持续到55d GA3才能未检出。 To evaluate residues dynamics of gibberellin(GA3 )in seawater,field trials for GA3 residue were conducted in seawater and pure water. The kinetic equations of GA3 degradation in seawater was C = 104. 81e - 0. 1152t ,and the half life (T1 / 2 )was 6. 3574 d,The kinetic equation of GA3 degradation in pure water was C = 134. 88e - 0. 0627t ,and the half life (T1 / 2 )was 15. 7228 d. The research on the residual dynamics of GA3 in seawater shows that the degradation of GA3 is faster in seawater than in purewater. The 30th day of field trials the degradation rate of GA3 reached 97. 85% in seawater, GA3 was not detected after 30 days. Respectively,GA3 was not detected in pure water after 55 days.
