本文从原料煤品质对煤浆制备和气化炉运行工况的影响进行分析,阐述了水煤浆加压气化装置进行煤种选择的原则,并对现有装置生产运行中的煤质稳定控制和混配增效方法提出了自己的建议。

This paper gives an analysis on the influence of the raw material coalˊs quality to CWS production equipment and gasifier operation condition,elaborate the principle of the choice of type of coal from the CWS pressure gasification devices, and also make a suggestion of the coal qualityˊs stability control and efficiency enhancementˊs ways of mix and match.
