对PET连续缩聚装置CDP生产特点进行了详细分析,提出了影响CDP品质的因素,通过SIPE配制工艺的优化、设备改造、添加剂的合理使用、生产工艺的相应调整,使CDP品质得到了有效控制。

Detail analysis was carried out on the CDP production characterstics of PET continuous polycondensation plant. The factors that have effect on CDP quality were put forward. The CDP quality can be effective controled by optimization the SIPE preparation process, equipment transformation, rational use of the additives and corresponding adjustment of the production process.
