摘要
通过对PTA精制单元的母液回收技术工艺流程的分析,对原设计中的母液回收系统进行改造,采用独特的金属膜过滤,进行全新的PTA母液过滤工艺,对原有的母液系统排出废液进行进一步的过滤回收,使污水中的TA、PT酸得到进一步的回收,降低原材料PX的单耗,减少脱离子水的使用量。
Through the analysis on the mother liquor recovery technological process of PTA refining unit, transformation was carried out on the original designed mother liquor recovery system. By using the special metal film to filtrate, carrying out the new PTA mother liquor filtration process, further filtering recovery was carried on the discharge waste of the original mother liquor system. The TA and PT acid in the sewage was further recovered. The unit consumption of raw material PX was decreased. The usage amount of the deionized water was reduced.
