The application of YOKOGAWA CENTUM VP to continuous PET production was introduced. Taking a concrete continuous PET project as an example, the hardware and software configuration of the control system was described briefly. Taking the esterification reactor process as a special example,the contiguration of complex control scheme was introduced.
