摘要
本文对莆田进境原木检疫除害处理区的操作控制系统进行了介绍,该系统由中国检验检疫科学研究院设计,包括投药子系统、气体循环子系统、检测子系统、尾气排放子系统、检疫监管与信息管理软件。具有熏蒸方案辅助设定功能,可实现投药、气体循环、浓度检测、气体回收与排放等熏蒸过程的自动化控制。目前该系统已在莆田、太仓两个进境木材检疫除害处理区应用。
The quarantine treatment operation and control system of import logs at Putian Port, Fujian, China was outlined in this paper. The system was developed by Chinese Academy of Inspection and Quarantine. The system was composed of the fumigant introduced subsystem, the fumigant circulation subsystem, the fumigant concentrations measured subsystem, the gas exhaust subsystem, and the related supervision management software. This system could help to design the fumigation scheme, and also could automatically control the fumigation process, such as fumigant introduced, gas circulation, concentration measured, gas recovery and emissions. At present, this system has been application on two import logs quarantine treatment areas at Putian,Fujian and Taicang, Jiansu.
