摘要
通过室内测定及田间试验,比较了假丝酵母丸饵剂不同用量对橘小实蝇诱捕效果,并测定了其田间持效期。结果显示,假丝酵母丸饵剂3~5粒/500 mL用量对橘小实蝇诱捕效果明显高于1~2粒/500 mL;假丝酵母丸饵剂在定期更换与不更换饵剂两种情况下,30 d内对橘小实蝇的诱捕效果无显著差异。在实蝇监测及田间种群调查和防控时,建议假丝酵母丸饵剂使用量为3粒/500 mL,每30 d更换一次。
Different dosages of torula yeast bait pellets (TY) cooperated with the McPhail trap for capturing Bactrocera dorsalis (Hendel) was compared both in bioassay cages and field tests. Field longevity of TY was also studied. The results showed that trapping effects of 3-5 pellets per 500 mL were significantly better than 1 -2 pellets per 500 mL. Trapping effects of TY for capturing B. dorsalis between in 30 days did not show significant difference between the regular rebaiting group and non-renewal group. Based on the above results, dosage of 3 pellets and rebaiting monthly were recommended for monitoring, field survey and control of fruit fly pests.
