Overview on Relevant Standards and Policy of Distributed Generation

摘要 文章对国内外分布式发电和微电网并网标准的现状及我国目前针对分布式发电的相关政策进行介绍;选取北美、欧洲和中国具有代表性的分布式发电并网标准进行对比分析,重点针对有功、无功控制、电能质量等几个方面进行研究。分析目前我国针对分布式发电制定的相关政策,对我国分布式发电标准的制订及分布式电源的发展规划提供合理建议。 This paper reviewed the present status of the integration standards of distributed generation and micro grid both in China and abroad, and introduced the relevant policy of distributed generation in China. The representative distributed generation integration standards in North America, Europe and China are investigated and compared, mainly focusing on active power control, reactive power control, power quality and so on. The relevant policy of distributed generation in China is analyzed to provide some valuable suggestions to the standards making and develop- ment planning of distributed generation in China.
