摘要 针对传统射频识别技术中存在的批量采集物品电子标签的漏读和误读问题,文章提出一种大批量识别电子标签的方法,可对采用射频标签的产品进行批量识别和数据采集。本方法采用屏蔽技术,防止了外界电器干扰和非法标签的绕射干扰,利用屏蔽装置内部射频识别的空腔效应,采用变化电磁场的方法,通过多路径绕射,去识读直线遮挡电子标签物品,减少了遮挡盲点和叠加盲点。射频天线采用独立运行模式,传动模组利用驱动器和控制器控制天线位置和角度,实现了电子标签的全部识读。 For the missed reading and misreading problem of volume collection electronic tag in traditional radio frequency identification technology, this paper put forward a method to identify large quantities of electronic tags,it can be used to batch identification and data collection of the products which use the radio frequency label. This method uses shielding technology, which prevents the interference of external electrical and illegal label diffraction. It uses the cavity effect of the RFID in the shielding device, adopts the method of changing electromagnetic field and multipath diffraction. So this method can read the electronic tag which is occluded,reduce the occlusion blind spots and superposition blind spots. Radio frequency antenna uses independent operation mode, and transmission module uses the driver and controller to control the position and angel of the antenna to achieve reading of all the electronic tags.
