摘要
对永定庄选煤厂煤泥水处理系统存在滞后的问题进行了研究与分析,通过改造原有工艺,采用加压过滤机与压滤机联合工艺来处理细粒煤泥,取得了良好的效果,不仅保证了产品质量,提高了选煤厂处理能力,并且增强了系统对原煤煤质的适应性。
Researched and analyzed the problem existed in coal slurry treating system of Yongdingzhuang coal preparation plant,based on reforming the original process,using hyperbaric filter and filter press treating the fine coal slime. This combined process obtained better result,which guarantied the product quality,increased the treating capacity and improved the adaptability for raw coal quality.
