本文通过生产实践及理论计算对烧结球团带冷机台车掉道进行分析、提出改造方案和具体措施,解决了影响生产的难题,确保了带冷机的作业率,保证了竖炉生产稳定顺行。
Through the production practice and theoretical calculation, the paper analyzed the trolley derailment of sintering pellets belt cooler, put forward the modification scheme and specific measures, solved the production problem, making sure the operating rate of belt cooler and stable production of the shaft furnace.
