摘要
酒钢集团榆钢公司焦化作业区采用三相超级离心机对焦油固液相、液液相进行分离。经过一段时间的运行,摸索出了该离心机的最佳运行条件,焦油脱水除渣效果良好,达到了提高质量、节能降耗的目的。
The three-phase super centrifuge is used for the coal tar solid-liquid phase, liquid phase separation in the coking operation plant in Yuzhong Iron ＆ Steel Company of JISCO. After a period of operation, the best operation condition of the centrifuge are explored, and the effect of tar dehydration and slag removal is good, which achieves the purpose of improving quality, energy conservation and emissions reduction.
