摘要
本文针对酒钢储运部4#堆取料机(DQL1250/2000.30型)回转侧向轮、反倾轮频繁损坏及回转机构翘尾问题进行了详细的原因分析,并通过整机的平衡调整解决其回转翘尾的隐患,为同类型堆取料机回转翘尾处理及平衡调整提供借鉴。
In the paper, the reasons of the rotary lateral wheels, anti-dumping wheel frequent damage of JISCO transportation department 4 # stacker reclaimer（DQL1250/2000.30 type）and the rotating mechanism carryover issues are analyzed in details, and the solution is put forward, the carryover risks are solved through the whole balance adjustment, which provides a reference for the carryover solution and balance adjustment of the same type stacker reclaimer.
