This paper mainly introduces splash in the early stage of the production of converter and characteristic condition, analyzes the characteristic condition of splash in details, and discusses the cause of splash under all kinds of conditions combining with the practice. At the same time, it formulates the control measures on how to restrain the splash of all kinds of causes.
