摘要
PBMD485-K20是一款针对RS485接口设备接入PROFIBUS现场总线的协议转换器,通过转换器可实现RS485接口接入PROFIBUS现场总线网络的功能。RS485转PROFIBUS协议转换器应用广泛,可以实现现场设备与PROFIBUS的通讯。本文主要介绍了400万选矿过滤间12台螺杆空压机控制系统,通过RS485接口与PROFIBUS-DP的通讯,再通过以太网实现与中心变电所网关进行通讯,对螺杆空压机运行参数进行监控的过程。
PBMD485-K20 is a protocol convertor, aiming at the access of RS485 interface into PROFIBUS, by which can be functionally used to access RS485 into PROFIBUS. This convertor which can realize the communication between field device and PROFIBUS possible, has been widely applied. The paper mainly introduces 12 screw air compressors control system in the filter house of mill-run which monitors the operating parameters of compressors by means of communicating RS485 and PROFIBUS-DP as well as Ethernet and the gateway of central power station.
