居住小区商业建筑空间设计浅析——以黄石浠水富贵家园小区为例

阐述了我国居住小区商业建筑的发展现状和重要性。结合湖北黄石市浠水富贵家园小区的实例,对居住小区商业建筑规划思路和设计过程中遵循的理念及采用的手法进行分析,并提出居住小区商业建筑应进行全过程特色设计的塑造,以期提高和完善居住小区商业建筑设计水平,更好的发挥商业建筑对居民的服务作用。

This paper describes the current situation and the importance of residential area commercial building. With example of xishui rich home district in huangshi city,this paper analyses the planning way, the concepts and techniques followed in design process, and then proposes residential area commercial buildings should carry on special design in the entire process, in order to enhance and improve the design ability of residential area commercial building, makes commercial building play a better role in sevice.
