蒲元和胃胶囊联合雷贝拉唑治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效观察

The clinical efficacy of puyuanhewei capsule combined with ray Bella in the treatment of peptic ulcer

目的探讨和分析蒲元和胃胶囊联合雷贝拉唑治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2011年2月～2014年2月收治的消化性溃疡患者临床资料,所有患者分成两组。观察组采用蒲元和胃胶囊联合雷贝拉唑进行治疗,对照组仅采用雷贝拉唑进行治疗,治疗4周后比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组和对照组患者反酸、疼痛、嗳气、恶心呕吐、腹胀等临床症状均得到有效缓解。通过定期随访观察组患者愈合率为96.00%（48/50）,与对照组[86.00%（43/50）]相比,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论消化性溃疡患者采用蒲元和胃胶囊联合雷贝拉唑治疗能取得较为理想的治疗效果,且不良反应少。

Objective To explore and analysis the clinical effect of puyuanhewei capsule combined with ray Bella in the treatment of peptic ulcer. Methods Aretrospective analysis of clinical data was madefor peptic ulcerpatients, whichtreated in our hospital fromFebruary 2011 to February 2014.All patients were randomly divided into two groups, observation group and control group.Observation group patients were treated by puyuanhewei capsule combined with ray Bella, control group patients were only treated with ray Bela, the clinical effect was compared between the two groups after four weeks treatment. Results The observation group and control group may alleviate the patients pain, belching, acid regurgitation, nausea and vomiting, abdominal distension and other clinical symptoms. Regular follow-up observation group patients healing rate was 96%（48/50） and the control group were 86%（43/50） group, with statistically significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Patients with peptic ulcer treated by puyuanhewei capsule combined with ray Bella azole therapy can achieve ideal treatment effect, no significant adverse reactions to this combined administration, which is worth for clinical use.
