摘要
西部基层法律人才培养是卓越法律人才教育培养战略计划的重要内容,为了实现这一培养目标,应:消除当前法学本科教育与司法实践脱节的困境,强化对法学学生的理想信念教育;对教学课程设置进行适当改革,提升对西部基层法学人才有效的知识教育;强化教学实践环节,让学生尽快实现从理论到实践的对接;增强国情、省情、社情教育,引导法科学生拓展知识结构是其应有的路径。
The basic level legal talent cultivation in the western area is an important part of the strategic plan of the outstanding legal talent education and cultivation. To achieve this training objective, dilemma in the current undergraduate education of law and judicial practice should be eliminated, law student＇s ideal and belief education should be strengthened. The proper method is to reform the course provision, promote effective knowledge education to western basic level law talent,intensify teaching practice so as to realize a rapid butt joint between theory and practice, enhance education on national conditions, province circumstance and social conditions, and lead the student to expand knowledge structure.
