摘要
随着社会的高速发展,经济结构的快速变革,专业应用型、创新型人才的需求与日俱增。2009年教育部决定培养全日制专业学位硕士,推动了我国硕士研究生从以培养学术学位为主的模式向以培养专业学位为主的模式转变。由于全日制专业学位发展较晚,其培养模式在理论和现实发展中都存在不足。基于此,需要从马克思主义关于人的全面发展理论及新时期人才观等理论出发,对全日制专业学位研究生培养模式的要素进行理论梳理和实践。
With the rapid development of social and economic structure, the demand of innovative and applied talents is increasing. The ministry of education decided to cultivate the fun- time professional master's degree graduates in 2009, which shift our country's training mode of master from academic to appllcation.Because the full- time application started late,the training mode is imperfect in the fields of theory and real development.Based on this, we should research the training mode's elements of the full- time application from the Marxist theory about people' s all- round development and talents in the new period.
