基于TPB的经济结构视角下当代大学生就业探究—

A Study on Contemporary Graduate Employment from the Perspective of Economic Structure Based on TPB

当前经济环境下,大学生就业问题日益严峻。基于TPB,在中国经济结构视角下构建大学生就业行为模型和度量表,对社会经济环境、大学生就业行为进行分析,探析各因素与大学生就业之间的关系,并从政府、企业、高校和大学生等方面提出基本思路,以期为大学生就业提供参考。

Under the current economic environment, graduate employment problem has become increasingly serious. Based on TPB, this paper builds a graduate employment behavior model and scale from the perspective of modern China＇s economic structure to analyze the social and economic environment and graduate employment behavior so as to explore the relationship between various factors and graduate employment. And then it puts forward the solutions from four aspects： the government, enterprises,universities and graduates to provide a reference for contemporary graduate employment.
