摘要
针对法布里—珀罗干涉型压力传感器进行光学解调技术研究,采用以双折射光楔为核心的白光偏振干涉系统对传感干涉系统进行解调,利用不同尺寸光楔设计对比实验并进行加压检测,确定传感系统与解调系统匹配的具体设计方法。
The technology of optical demodulation about Fabry-Perot interferometer is researched. A white-light polarization interferometric system with the core of birefringent wedge is used to demodulate sensing probe. Birefringent wedges of different size of are used for comparison experiment. The pressure test is proceed, and a particular design method to match the sensing probe and demodulation is given.
